Return and Refund Policy:
We offer returns and refunds on eligible products that are found to be defective or damaged. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product, providing an unboxing video for verification. Once your claim is validated, we will arrange for the reverse pickup (subject to availability in your area) and provide a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, design, or color, you may do so within 2 days of receiving the product. The exchange is subject to stock availability, and the customer will bear the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Cancellations:

However, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a video of the product unboxing. We will take full responsibility and either replace the item or refund your purchase. If the outer packaging appears damaged upon delivery, we advise you not to accept the parcel and notify us immediately.
